Feature articles allow to writer to utilize their sense of creativity compare to the news and sports articles. A feature article is about a certain topic that is taking place in the world right now in a more in-depth way. In fact, topic can connect to any category such as entertainment and business. In addition, the lead and formatting in these kinds of  articles is entirely different where the writer is not allowed to utilize the inverted pyramid at all. First, the lead can contain a specific description of a setting that would connect to the writer’s topic. As for formating, the writer has to connect their topic to a real life situation that is being involved with it. Beside formatting, a feature article can have the writer to write about a specific person that is living in the world right now. This kind of article is called profile. In order to write a profile, the writer is require to have a specific interesting angle of the person or else would be a boring article to read from an audience's perspective. In addition, the writer would require to have series of questions to ask that specific which would be connected to their angle due to them having a limited of time in terms of schedule. Overall, we wrote about 5-6 feature articles including the practice ones as well. I enjoy writing feature articles even though I had a hard time writing them over time due to transitioning from news and sport articles. In addition, I prefer writing about feature articles in general than profiles due to the person having a limited amount of time to be ask questions like mentioned earlier.
