Hit and Run struct at Granada HIlls Charter High School
On Friday afternoon at 2:30 pm, junior James Thibodeaux was ran over by a hit and runner in a faculty parking lot at Granada Hills Charter High School (GHCHS) because of a dark relationship they both had with each other.
The Biggest Funding Event of the year has arrived
On Saturday September 29 at 8:30 a.m., the athletic department will be holding their annual pancake breakfast event in the cafeteria. The Pancake Breakfast event aims to increase the funding for the sports teams at Granada Hills Charter High School (GHC).
New Harley Quinn tv series coming to DC universe
A “Harley Quinn” teaser trailer was showcased at New York Comic Con (NYCC) on October 3 by DC comics in order to have fans and audiences to be excited for the series. The series will be have 26 episode while premiering on DC’s streaming service, DC universe, in late 2019. This will be Harley’s first stand alone tv series ever since her debut on “Batman: the animated series”.
The new culinary classroom is now under refurbishment
After long hours of discussion between the school managers and the community, the new culinary classroom has now been greenlit for construction at G6 and aims to open in the next few months. The classroom transferred from G6 to L1 due to the abundance of space and sinks that the students are able to use to cook.
MUN team wins Outstanding Large Delegation at BruinMUN
The Model United Nations (MUN) team won their first Outstanding Large Delegation award at BruinMUN 2019 on November 16 and 17. The conference was created and run by the MUN program at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
